1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we exclusively ship within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Costs

We are delighted to offer Free Shipping on Orders over £50 (UK), with no minimum purchase required.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Delivery Methods & Timeframes

To ensure your parcel arrives safely, we partner with trusted, reliable courier services, primarily Royal Mail and Evri.

Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive at your door.

5. Delivery Issues

We monitor our shipments closely, but we understand that occasionally transit delays or unforeseen issues can occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you experience any issues upon delivery (such as a damaged parcel), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of your expected delivery date).
