Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:
· Items are unopened
· In original packaging
· In resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
· Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned
Return Shipping
· Customers are responsible for return shipping
· If the wrong item is delivered, we cover return costs
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
· Refund via bank transfer, or
· Replacement item (based on your preference)
Processing time: 3–5 working days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours with photos.
